What are the payment terms?

Down payment: To definitively validate a reservation, regardless the accommodation, the down payment is 40% of the cost of the stay. Balance: The payment of 100% of the balance of the cost of the stay is required 30 days before your arrival.

How much is the amount of the security deposit?

A security deposit of €150 will be required upon arrival. It will be returned upon your departure subject to the state of cleanliness and possible damage to the accommodation.

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the down payment will be retained by the campsite. It is up to you to subscribe to a Cancellation Insurance.

For which services does the right of cancellation apply?

Please note that the Right of Cancellation does not apply to our tourist accommodation services (Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code).

In case of a dispute, how is mediation carried out?

In the event of a dispute and in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the camper-consumer may, after having attempted a direct amicable settlement with the 2 Rives Campsite, call on the MEDICYS mediation service, to which we report electronically: ou par voie postale : MEDICYS 73, Bd de Clichy FR-75009 PARIS

What equipment is provided?

- For mobile homes, laguna tents, and tunnel tents, we provide blankets, duvets, pillows, gas or electric stoves, refrigerator, dishes, and garden furniture, etc. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels.

Are pets allowed at the campsite?

Pets are not allowed inside the rooms. They must always be on a leash within the campsite. For the respect of all, dog droppings must be collected by the owner. Your dog must be identified by a tattoo or microchip with an updated vaccination card. The campsite does not accept cross-species categorised as dangerous.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are scheduled in the afternoon between 2pm and 7pm. For later arrivals, please contact us. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the mobile home or the tent by 10am at the latest. Please consult us concerning the change of schedule during the low season.

How does the return of a rental take place?

At the time of your departure the rental must be returned in the condition you entered it. If, by chance, you break something, we ask you to keep us informed in order to repair or replace it. Final cleaning is mandatory including washing the dishes, emptying the bins, cleaning the stove top, sweeping the floor, and unplugging the fridge. If your rental was a caravan, the residual toilet tank must be emptied.

Can we smoke in the accommodations?

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the mobile homes, rooms, and caravans.
