• The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the rental of campsites and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.

  By booking at our campsite, you acknowledge having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

   

   

Booking conditions

 The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.

Reservations are only binding on the campsite if the campsite has accepted them, which the campsite is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and in general, any circumstances likely to harm the campsite. execution of the reservation made.

The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to divert it. Reserving a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You cannot under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the campsite.

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians unless authorized by us prior to arrival, by email, upon request from you.

Rates and taxes

The prices indicated are valid for the current year. The amount of the tourist tax is €0.50 per night and per person over 18 years old. The eco participation is 0.40 € / person per night

The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families presenting with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the accommodation or rented pitch.

Rental conditions

Location

This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or camper van with access to sanitary facilities and infrastructure (reception, games, etc.)

The package is calculated according to the number of people (maximum 6) and the options chosen according to the rates in force. This does not include camping equipment (electrical extension cord and adapter, etc.).

Rental accommodation

The rental accommodations are equipped. The basic package is 4 to 6 places maximum depending on the type of rental

The price includes water, gas and electricity charges (excluding battery charging

electric or hybrid vehicle engine which are strictly prohibited,) the parking of a

vehicle, access to reception facilities, activities and toilets.

The campsite requires administration fees.

Our accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility

Arrivals take place from 3 p.m. and departures must take place before 10 a.m.

Any dissatisfaction regarding the state of cleanliness, and/or the general condition of the rental must be reported within hours of arrival, in order to allow it to be remedied. No complaints will be admissible more than 24 hours after the day of arrival.

Your accommodation must be returned to its original condition upon departure; in particular, the cleaning must have been done by you or, if the cleaning option was taken, the dishes must be done and the trash taken out.

Failing this, the campsite reserves the right to charge cleaning costs to your security deposit in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions below.

A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon your arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within a week by mail from your departure. However, we reserve the right to retain part or all of it in the event of deterioration of the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.

We also reserve the right to deduct the sum of €50 for cleaning costs if this has not been done upon departure.

Animals are accepted on request, under no circumstances must they stay on the duvets and fabric sofas in the rental. In the event of damage, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred from the deposit.

Booking conditions

Any reservation request must be accompanied by: payment of a deposit of 30% on the inclusive of tax costs of the stay, including the inclusive of tax price of the services reserved, and, if applicable, the tourist tax, as well as the duly completed reservation contract and signed, acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online.

The balance of the price of the stay, including the price of the services reserved including tax and, if applicable, taxes, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

In the event that the balance is not paid on time, the stay is considered canceled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.

Any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For stays in pitches without reservation (passage), you must, upon your arrival, pay the first night. You are also responsible for indicating to reception the desired or extended length of stay. The balance must be paid no later than the day before departure; you must therefore take reception opening hours into account. No refund will be made in the event of early departure on your part.

No right of retract

According to article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of retract is not applicable to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a date or period determined.

Payment method accepted

You can pay for your reservation or stay in euros via the following payment methods: bank check, transfer, credit card or cash.

Delayed arrival and early departure

In the event of delayed arrival or early departure compared to the dates mentioned on your reservation confirmation, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be able to claim any reimbursement for the part of the stay not completed.

Animals

Dogs and cats – except category 1 dogs called “attack dogs” and those of category 2 called “guard and defense dogs”, as defined by law n°99-5 of January 6, 1999, are allowed in our campsite. We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite. Droppings must be collected.

The health record for each animal, including where applicable the passport showing proof of vaccinations, and in particular the anti-rabies one, must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. You must also be able to show us the animal’s tattoo or microchip certificate, as well as a copy of the civil liability insurance certificate.

Internal regulations

Throughout your stay, you must respect the campsite’s internal regulations, a copy of which is displayed at reception. We are available to send you a copy by email upon request.

Pictures

We may, during your stay, be required to take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for entertainment and/or communication purposes, on all media, on which you and the people accompanying you are likely. to appear. By regularizing your reservation, you are presumed to authorize us to use, for a period of 10 years, the photos and/or videos in which you appear for the aforementioned purposes. You are also assured of this authorization by the people accompanying you. Any specific refusal must be notified to us in writing on a durable medium.

Cancelation

In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation may be available for sale again 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.

Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) by you will not give rise to a refund.

For any cancellation:

– In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be returned less €25 cancellation fee

– If canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be made.

Please note that in accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 et seq. of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by the Campsite are subject to the right of withdrawal.

To obtain possible compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance when booking.

In the event of cancellation due to the Camping, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation cannot under any circumstances give rise to the payment of damages.

Mediation

In the event of a dispute and in accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the camper-consumer can, after having attempted a direct and amicable appeal with Camping des 2 Rives, enter and use the mediation service free of charge. CM2C:

Computers and freedom

The information you provide to us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential by the campsite. They will be used only by the campsite’s internal services, to process your order and to reinforce and personalize communication. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request by mail to the campsite address indicating your first and last name and address.
